Marijampole Sun Primary School processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016 April 27 European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

The person has the right to:
Receive information about the processing of their personal data;
Get familiar with their personal data that are stored;
Request to correct inaccurate, incomplete or incomplete personal data;
Request to delete (the right to be forgotten) personal data;
Disagree that any personal data related to a specific case are processed;
Request to restrict the processing of their personal data;
Receive their personal data in digital format and transfer them to another data controller (data portability);
These rights help to ensure that the information about the person is accurate, that it is accessible only to those who have been granted access to it, and that it is used only for legitimate purposes.

​The procedure for implementing the rights of the person:
The person, seeking to implement the above-mentioned rights, may submit a written request to the administration of Marijampole Sun Primary School (in person, by post, through a representative, or by means of electronic communication) to the email address rastine@saulespradine.lt
The request must be signed, the person's name, surname, place of residence, contact information and information about which of the above-mentioned rights and to what extent they wish to implement;
The administration of Marijampole Sun Primary School provides a response to the person no later than within 14 working days from the date of submission of the request.

The rights of the person are not absolute:
Laws may provide for exceptions where the data controller may not implement the rights of the person (data subject):When it is necessary to ensure national security or defense;
When it is necessary to ensure public order, prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses;
When it is necessary to ensure significant state economic or financial interests;
