The person has the right to:

Request to correct inaccurate, incomplete or incomplete personal data;
Request to delete (the right to be forgotten) personal data;
Disagree that any personal data related to a specific case are processed;
Request to restrict the processing of their personal data;

The procedure for implementing the rights of the person:
The person, seeking to implement the above-mentioned rights, may submit a written request to the administration of Marijampole Sun Primary School (in person, by post, through a representative, or by means of electronic communication) to the email address rastine@saulespradine.lt
The request must be signed, the person's name, surname, place of residence, contact information and information about which of the above-mentioned rights and to what extent they wish to implement;
The administration of Marijampole Sun Primary School provides a response to the person no later than within 14 working days from the date of submission of the request.
The rights of the person are not absolute:
